Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement without penalty, provided it has not yet entered the fulfillment process. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@tsubaki.co.in with your order number. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the items for a refund according to our standard return policy upon receipt.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and hygiene seals.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.
Accessories and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or has been altered.
Return Process
Initiate Return: Visit our [Return Portal] on our website and enter your order number and email address to begin.
Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
Ship Back: Securely pack the items, include the original packing slip or a copy of your invoice, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs: The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please process a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@raaviquestyle.in with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
